Can we have this shipped
to an address other than the one that our credit card bill goes to? Yes and No...Let us explain...In order for us to ship it to an address that is not the same address where your credit card bill gets delivered to, you will have to set up something called an "Alternate Shipping Address." To do this, call the Toll Free 1-800 Customer Service number located on the back of your credit card and ask that they place the address that you are wanting us to send it to as an "Alternate Shipping Address." Can you ship it to my residential home address? Yes, but only if that is the address where your credit card bill gets delivered to- otherwise you will have to set up the "Alternate Shipping Address" mentioned above. Can you ship it to our P.O. Box? Yes, we can ship all parts and accessories to your company's P.O. Box. We want to use a different card this time...not the regular one on file- Can we? Yes, however you will be charged a $5 service charge each and every time you switch to another card. What happens if our card should be declined? You will be notified as soon as possible via telephone and will be charged a $5 declined transaction fee. |
